The Testnet Genesis Airdrop has been conducted as a part of the Yay! Dashboard Test Version launch. The Genesis NFT acts as a gateway to privileged participation and enhanced engagement in Yay!’s expanding ecosystem, offering both immediate and future advantages to its holders.

The Soneium Bridge is now live, marking a new milestone in the Soneium ecosystem.

• Bridge Availability: You will be able to transfer your yaySTONE, yayAgETH, and ASTR to Soneium Chain starting January 16th 15:00 JST.

• Enhanced Rewards: By bridging your assets to the Soneium Chain, you can now enjoy a 10x point boost, a significant increase compared to the 3x multiplier available on the Ethereum Mainnet.

• No Reset for ???? Points: After January 16th 15:00 JST, your accumulated ???? points will not be reset to zero even if you unstake your entire assets. This is a change from the previous rule where points were reset if balances dropped below a threshold.

Campaign Highlights:

Kelp Vault Setting Update

To align with the latest specifications of the Kelp Vault, we've updated Kelp related settings on Yay! side. This update will not affect the user in any way.

Yay! Leaderboard

You can now access the Yay! Leaderboard on the Stake page to check your ranking among all staked users. Rankings are updated hourly based on Yay! Gold.

Redeem Feature

The Redeem feature is now available. Yay! stakers can redeem yayStone to Stone or yayAgETH to AgETG, offering greater flexibility and utility for staked assets.

Gold Reward Update

Recently, we tested some changes to the Yay! Gold reward system as part of exploring new ways to enhance interactions with Yay! Genesis & Pal NFTs. During this time, few users received additional Yay! Gold as part of these tests. Those additional Gold will not be deducted as an operation, while Yay! Gold reward system has been adjusted back to its original settings.

???? points adjustment during Sep 26 8PM - Sep 30 2PM

Between 8:00 PM JST on September 26, 2024, and 2:00 PM JST on September 30, 2024, an error was detected in the distribution formula for ???? points in StakeStone Vault staking. The adjustment will be made at 22:00 PM JST on October 18, 2024. We are taking steps to prevent such issues from occurring in the future.

Symbiotic and Mellow point views are now available for StakeStone Vault stakers

The display of Symbiotic and Mellow points has been enabled for StakeStone Vault staking. Please note that the update frequency for Symbiotic and Mellow points is once every 24 hours.

Kelp Staking: Understanding the Temporary Decrease in Staked ETH

For those staking ETH in the Kelp Vault via the Yay! Dashboard, an initial decrease in the staked ETH amount may occur. This is due to the weekly calculation of management fees (2% per annum) and interest by Kelp Vault, which takes place on different days. At times, the management fee may be deducted before interest is applied, leading to a temporary reduction. Over time, the interest rate is designed to surpass the management fee, allowing the staked ETH amount to gradually increase.

Kelp DAO estimates that staked ETH amounts could potentially exceed the original staked value within 2-3 weeks from the start of staking. However, this timeframe is not assured and may vary based on several factors, including market conditions and the timing of fee and interest calculations.

Eigen Layer Update: Frequency Change from Hourly to Daily

The update frequency for the Eigen Layer has been changed from every hour to once per day.

• Users can now stake and provide liquidity via the Yay! Dashboard to maximize rewards.

• With the new LP feature, users can now earn:

  • 12.5x Boosted Yay! Gold and ???? Points

    • Liquidity providers earn 12.5x boosted rewards based on their total LP contributions. This means, with the yay LST portion of LP, users earn a 25x multiplier.

  • Astar Contribution Score (ACS) Points for additional ASTR rewards

    • Liquidity Providing via Yay! is eligible for ACS points.

What is the ACS Campaign?

The Astar Contribution Score Campaign powered by Astar Network is a 100-day on-chain event led by Astar Network, distributing up to 100 million ASTR in rewards.

Key Details:

• Campaign Period: February 20, 2025 – May 30, 2025 (100 days)

• Total Rewards: Up to 100 million ASTR

• What to do: engage in various on-chain activities, such as providing liquidity to DeFi applications and interacting with gaming and consumer applications

• Rewards: ACS points will be converted into ASTR rewards

How to Provide Liquidity on Yay! Dashboard

Step 1: Stake ETH for yaySTONE/yayAgETH

• Stake ETH through the Yay! Dashboard via StakeStone or Kelp Vault:

  *Skip this step if you already have yaySTONE or yayAgETH.

Step 2: Bridge yaySTONE/yayAgETH to Soneium

• Bridge yaySTONE or yayAgETH to Soneium to be used in liquidity providing. *Skip this step if you have already bridged yaySTONE or yayAgETH to Soneium.

  • • Follow these steps:

      1. Connect your wallet.

      2. Select Ethereum Mainnet as the sending network and Soneium Network as the receiving network.

      3. Enter the amount of yaySTONE to bridge.

      4. Confirm and approve the transaction.

  • • Follow these steps:

      1. Connect your wallet.

      2. Select Ethereum Mainnet as the sending network and Soneium Network as the receiving network.

      3. Enter the amount of yayAgETH to bridge.

      4. Confirm and approve the transaction.

Step 3: Prepare Soneium ETH

• Use Superbridge to bridge ETH from Ethereum Mainnet to Soneium ETH. *Skip this step if you already have enough SoneiumETH.

• Follow these steps:

  2. Connect your wallet.

  3. Select Ethereum Mainnet as the sending network and Soneium Network as the receiving network.

  4. Enter the amount of ETH to bridge.

  5. Confirm and approve the transaction.

Step 4: Provide Liquidity

2. Choose the liquidity pool for yaySTONE/yayAgETH, click Deposit, and you will be redirected to Velodrome.
3. Choose a price range, enter the amount, then confirm the transaction.

   • If you prefer more flexibility, consider selecting a Wide price range.
4. Under the Liquidity Rewards section on the Velodrome Dashboard, locate the liquidity pool you just provided liquidity to, click Stake, and confirm the transaction in your wallet.
5. Set the stake amount to 100%, confirm and approve the transaction. *yaySTONE LP point rewards will begin after completing step 5, so please make sure to complete all the steps above. *(Updated as of Feb 21, 11:30 JST) For yayAgETH LP, Velodrome has activated all the features to complete 5 steps. Point rewards will begin after completing all the steps. so please make sure to complete all the steps required. *For those who have completed liquidity providing using yayAgETH on Velodrome, Yay! will assure the point rewards until February 21st, 2025 at 11:30 am JST. So the points will be distributed and reflected on the Yay! Dashboard later.

The Yay! Dashboard now supports four new Kelp Vault points for better visibility and tracking.

Adjustment to Point Distribution

We recently made adjustments to the distribution of Yay! Gold and ???? points for users staking on the StakeStone and Kelp Vaults. The distribution logic has been reviewed and refined, and any necessary corrections have been completed. The adjusted rewards have now been credited to all relevant wallets.

What You Need to Know:

• Impacted Period: January 16, 2025, to January 23, 2025

• Update Completed: The reward distribution logic is functioning correctly, and all adjustments have been applied to user accounts.

• No Further Action Required: Your vault balances and rewards should now reflect accurately in your dashboard.

This guide is for users who deposited ASTR on Astar Mainnet and wish to withdraw it back to Astar Mainnet. Since direct withdrawal is not available, users must first bridge to Soneium and then bridge back to Astar Mainnet using the steps below.

1. Bridge to Soneium

• Go to the Astar Vault page on the Yay! Dashboard.

• Bridge your ASTR tokens from Astar Mainnet to Soneium.

2. Bridge Back to Astar Mainnet

• Use the Astar Portal Bridge to transfer your ASTR tokens from Soneium back to Astar Mainnet.

Benefits of Keeping ASTR on Soneium

While withdrawal is possible, we encourage users to keep their ASTR tokens on Soneium for the following benefits:

• Users who bridge ASTR to Soneium continue earning points.

Things to Know Before Bridging Back

• ASTR on Astar Mainnet will no longer earn points on the Yay! Dashboard.

• Yay! will cover the bridging fee (0.0001 ETH) for users who have deposited ASTR through Yay! Dashboard and have not yet bridged to Soneium and bridge back to Astar EVM. If you wish to proceed, please submit the required information via the form.

    • Points are calculated based on the LST amount provided to the LP, with a 25x boost. (In other words, you can earn 1.25 times more Yay! Gold and ???? points compared to holding LST for Soneium YayASTR)

    • Liquidity Providing via Yay! will make you earn 1.1x ACS points

Those who have contributed to providing liquidity with yaySTONE and yayAgETH can now see their Yay! Gold and ???? Points rewards on the Dashboard.

Velodrome has now activated the liquidity staking function for yayAgETH LP. This means all necessary steps for earning rewards from yayAgETH liquidity providing can now be completed directly on the Velodrome site.

1. Under the Liquidity Rewards section on the Velodrome Dashboard, locate the liquidity pool you just provided liquidity to, click Stake, and confirm the transaction in your wallet.
2. Set the stake amount to 100%, confirm and approve the transaction.

Important Note

• yayAgETH LP has started since February 20th, 2025 at 10 pm JST. For those who have completed liquidity providing using yayAgETH on Velodrome until February 21st, 2025 at 11:30 am JST, Yay! will assure the point rewards.

• Now, both yayAgETH and yaySTONE point rewards will begin after completing the necessary steps (described above section) after February 21st, 2025 at 11:30 am JST. so please make sure to complete all the steps required.

• You will start earning Yay! Gold and ???? Points after completing all the steps, but the points will be distributed and reflected on the Yay! Dashboard later.
