Kelp Vault Setting Update

To align with the latest specifications of the Kelp Vault, we've updated Kelp related settings on Yay! side. This update will not affect the user in any way.

With this update, Kelp can now effectively track users who stake in the Kelp Vault via the Yay! Dashboard.
