2025-01-23: Soneium Bridge for vASTR Becomes Live

The Soneium bridge for vASTR is now live, enabling asset transfers and new staking opportunities on the Soneium chain.

Key Updates:

  • vASTR Bridging: Users can now bridge their vASTR tokens from the Astar Mainnet to the Soneium Chain.

  • Staking on Soneium: vASTR staking and unstaking are now supported on the Soneium Chain.

  • 10x Reward Boost: Bridging to Soneium allows users to earn 10x boosted points, a significant increase compared to the 3x rewards available on the Ethereum Mainnet

    • Astar Mainnet Changes: vASTR on the Astar Mainnet is no longer eligible for point rewards. To continue earning points, please bridge your vASTR to the Soneium Chain.

  • Yay! Gold and ???? Points: All rewards earned through Astar pre-deposits for the vASTR token have been accurately distributed as of January 23, 2025, at 17:15 JST.
